We are seeking a Client Success & Operations Associate to play a crucial support role within the Client Service team, focusing on optimizing tools, processes, and data to ensure a smooth client experience and efficient internal operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a client first mindset, enabling them to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and leadership. Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, and SQL or Excel for data analysis is highly desirable. A passion for innovation, creativity, and achieving results will set the stage for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

·      Leverage CRM/database systems to optimize client relationship management and improve operational efficiency

·      Analyze performance data and develop actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes.

·      Identify trends and areas for improvement based on client data

Cross Functional Collaboration:

·      Work with Sales team to ensure smooth client hand offs

·      Provide operational support for client feedback loops and product roadmap alignment

·      Ensure outstanding client service through appropriate and timely outreach 

Process Optimization:

·      Utilize CRM and reports to maximize Client satisfaction and health

·      Create and maintain scalable workflows for onboarding, renewals and support

·      Identify areas of opportunity and propose process improvements

·      Document SOP’s and best practices

Project & Program Support:

·      Help launch and track client success programs

·      Support the rollout of new initiatives or product releases to clients

·      Coordinate internal communications and materials related to client success
