Are you looking for a role where your creativity drives real business impact? As a Graphic Designer at Awarity, you’ll develop and execute creative assets for a variety of brand projects, collaborate with industry experts, and see your work come to life in campaigns viewed by national audiences.   • Design animated Banner Ads, Meta Ads and Connected TV spots for real audiences across multiple industries.
  • Lead and support creative client projects in UI/UX design and web design.
  • Produce compelling assets for presentation decks, email templates, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team that values creativity, bold ideas, and pushing boundaries.
  • Manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines with high-quality results.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in a graphic designer or similar creative role.
  • Strong conceptual thinker who pitches fresh, strategic ideas.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in applying and maintaining brand standards, ensuring all design work precisely reflects established guidelines for consistency and quality.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics and UI/UX tools is a plus.
  • Create and refine copywriting elements in coordination with design work to ensure cohesive storytelling and communication.
  • Support content development by drafting and proofreading copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Passionate about design, branding, and collaborating to deliver memorable, effective visual solutions.
