Awarity is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Data Analyst to join our team, supporting data-driven decision making and operational streamlining across the company. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, AI & Analytics, and Client Services teams to improve internal processes, conduct impactful analyses, and help deliver outstanding results for client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Perform standard and ad-hoc analyses using statistical and machine learning methods, including use of Excel, SQL, and Python to evaluate marketing initiatives and provide actionable business insights that drive improved client outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize live client campaigns, tracking KPIs and suggesting improvements to maximize impact.
  • Develop, run, and monitor A/B and incrementality tests to measure the effectiveness of advertising strategies, delivering clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Support media planning by analyzing data across channels and recommending optimal budget allocation and campaign tactics.
  • Engage in internal analytics projects to streamline and automate business processes, supporting operational efficiency through data-driven solutions and tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build and refine AI-driven campaign optimization processes and media buying algorithms.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to help the company run, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns using advanced ad operation technologies.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate major in Business, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel required; SQL and Python preferred).
  • Ability to independently analyze datasets, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with evolving requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience (academic or internship) with statistical techniques, A/B testing frameworks, or marketing analytics.
  • Exposure to business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio).
  • Interest in AI or machine learning applied to real-world business or marketing problems.
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to champion best practices across the organization.
