We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting both our Sales and Client Service teams by optimizing processes, tools, and data for enhanced marketing performance, sales efficiency, and superior client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive at the intersection of sales and client services operations. You’ll identify trends, streamline marketing and sales processes, and drive actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making for both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, as you will coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding client experience.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tools such as SQL or Excel for data analysis is highly desirable. Creativity, initiative, and a passion for driving results will set the stage for your success in this exciting position.
