We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Operations Associate to join the sales function in day-to-day activities including: responsibility for the company’s strategic advertising efforts, sales data management, and sales enablement. Candidates in this role will be at the forefront of driving growth and delivering measurable success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead company Advertising strategy including: budget recommendations, targeting mix, and social presence management  
  • Leverage CRM/database systems to optimize client relationship management and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze performance data and develop actionable insights to enhance sales and marketing outcomes  
  • Utilize sales technology and champion best practices 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals
  • Ensure outstanding client service through appropriate and timely outreach 
  • Conduct weekly update and status on sales pipeline and activity
