How will I see metrics for my campaign?

Your Campaign Central Dashboard will provide real time reporting for your center(s) for your Banner ad campaigns.

We are actively working with the corporate team to ensure all campaign reporting is consistent within Sylvan dashboards and Awarity.

As soon as this is complete, you will receive credentials. While we would all like to share this sooner, we understand that previously there were many inconsistencies with reporting metrics and want to ensure we provide you fully aligned data.

In the interim, your internal Sylvan Dashboard will provide you with data on leads generated overall.

How often is the creative being rotated?

Creative will be adjusted in alignment with key promotions and seasonality in partnership with the corporate office. Over the coming months, we will be developing a creative library to fit your ideal schedule and Sylvan brand messaging. All creative templates will be approved by the corporate office and localized for your center prior to launch (if applicable).

What is the goal of the campaigns?

Our goal is to maximize the media budget across the optimal mix of channels to give each center, no matter its budget, an effective, sustainable full-funnel marketing mix to increase their overall website traffic and leads.

How were the zip codes chosen for my campaign?

Zip codes were chosen based on historical enrollments or booked assessments. This approach allows the media budget to be used in the most effective and efficient way possible because we are only targeting areas where there has been previous success that the campaign can capitalize on.

What channels are included in my campaign?

The August 1 campaign launch featured Banner ads and Paid Meta. All campaigns are running Meta ads, while Banner ads are included for territories with budgets above the $620 threshold.

Where can I see the creative choices for my campaign?

Banner ad creative will be available in your creative library in Campaign Central, with the Meta creative library coming soon. We will share new creatives in webinars and via email as they become available for your campaign.

What audiences are being targeted?

For Meta, we are targeting behavioral, demographic, and Interest targeting. This includes parents with kids in the house between 6-17 years of age, people interested in primary or secondary education, homeschool, Mathnasium, Kumon, and PTA.

For Banner ads, we are targeting parents by placing ads on content related to parenting, tutoring, educational enrichment and performance, and placing ads on top websites that affluent parents visit. We are also retargeting your recent website visitors to re-engage them.

How are leads being tracked?

The Banner ads and Meta Ads link to your specific location page, where they can request more information or submit a form. Based on pixels, we are then able to see if the person who submitted a form was served our Meta Ad or Banner ad.

Why do some Meta leads come from people living outside my target geography?

Meta’s location logic can also serve ads to people who have recently visited the targeted area and there is no way to restrict this. Locations in common vacation areas may be more likely to experience this.
