We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide analysis and thought leadership across company operations. In this role, you will coordinate with various functions to streamline processes and increase campaign effectiveness, marketing analysis, and provide various business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth statistical analyses on key internal and external initiatives using data tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
Manage client campaigns and monitor performance to deliver value and ensure campaign KPIs are met
Lead internal analytics projects, partnering closely with functional leads in Marketing, AI & Analytics, and Client Services to develop data-driven solutions to everyday business challenges
Perform repeatable and ad-hoc quantitative analysis on marketing mix to inform decisions that will help grow revenue and improve client experience
Develop internal business processes and tools to leverage data and automation to streamline operations
Champion best-practices with data, analytics, and automation across entire organization

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, etc.)
Able to independently conduct thorough statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns
Able to develop testing plans, execute tests, and analyze results using statistics principles
Experience with Excel, SQL, and Python (preferred) to gather insights from data sources
Authorized to work in the US in the current calendar year

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
Advanced understanding of statistical concepts and principles
Advanced project management skills to manage multiple projects with dynamic deadlines and requirements
Ability to identify business problems, develop a structured plan, and solve the problem using data sources to generate actionable insights
